About Therapy

Let’s start with comfort.

Come on in and kick your shoes off. In our sessions, I create an atmosphere of safety and acceptance where you can be yourself – no masks, nothing complicated, just you.

I show up to each session fully present and engaged, which means we might start with a meditation, some deep breathing, or simply tuning into how you’re feeling in your body right now.

A creative voice is calling.

Let’s be honest – it’s human nature to avoid pain. And yet, deep down, you know there’s more joy to be had in life. That’s your inner creative voice calling! Honoring her (even if we don’t know exactly what she needs yet) is essential work.

This is about rebuilding trust in yourself and your inner creative wisdom – your beautifully, unique self.

I know the choice to enter therapy and actually feel your emotions can be downright scary. Here’s the thing, though: our emotions are actually the guardrails and road signs pointing us toward our authentic wants and needs.

Committing to personal growth through therapy is one of the most valuable investments you’ll ever make. What matters most is living authentically, feeling genuine joy and connection, and giving and receiving love freely.

Unfold, peacefully.

Do you know what clients tell me most often? They comment on leaving our sessions more relaxed and calmer than when they arrived. I weave mindfulness into everything we do because we can hear what our bodies are trying to tell us when we slow down to that calm speed.

And here’s something important. In our hyper-individualistic world, slowing down enough to genuinely feel supported and nourished can feel almost radical. But that’s precisely what you deserve.

Body-based therapy might sound esoteric, but I’m a pragmatist at heart. I believe in making this work easy to understand, helping create a practical, real-life experience. You’ll leave each session with a concrete tool, practice, or insight you can use between now and next week.

After several sessions, clients often share that they feel more confident, more self-aware, and better equipped to handle daily challenges. They tell me about improvements in their relationships, their communication, and their overall sense of well-being. One client recently said, “I’m aware of my choices in the moment and naturally making healthy decisions based on what’s actually good for me instead of acting impulsively!” It’s those daily choices where we actually feel confidence and power.
